"Starry" evenings

Terre di Canossa is a classic Regularity Trial, as well as being an exquisite oenogastronomic journey in which Michelin star awarded (Etoile) chefs of the area explore recipes and the unique products of the region.
The teams can enjoy three theme evenings in the three different towns that host the stage departure points.
The inaugural evening will be held in Reggio Emilia in the Sala degli Specchi del Teatro Romolo Valli (The Hall of the Mirrors in the Romolo Valli Theatre), one of the most beautiful Italian theatres, right opposite the display of Vintage cars and the fountains illuminated with the colours of the Tricolore specially for the occasion.

The typical Reggiano menu, will be in the hands of Chef Gianni d’Amato of the Rigoletto restaurant in Reggiolo, who will offer Matildic dishes with whimsical touches, personalised and balanced, experimental but with respect for tradition.
These are the words of the chef himself when expressing his understanding of the Reggio Emilia cuisine:
“My cuisine is built on the basic ingredients I look for and select personally with particular attention to local produce in their seasonal evolution..”

Forte dei Marmi, one of the most famous seaside resorts in the world, worldly center of gravity of the Versilia, will welcome the participants with an unforgettable evening on the sea. The evening will begin with the unforgettable spectacle of sunset over the Tuscan sea and animated with a charming beach party at Bambaissa, the famous beach Augustus hotel & Resort.
The proposed extra rich menu will obviously be based on typical Tuscan sea food dishes offering the most alluring treasures of the sea. Of course, a menu will be available for those who do not have a love of fish.

In Parma, European capital of taste and opera, the dinner will be held inside the in the Salone delle Feste del Teatro Regio (The Hall of the Festival in the Regio Theatre) and will be preceded by a unique “hors d’oeuvres”: a Tribute to Giuseppe Verdi, in collaboration with the Arrigo Boito Music Conservatory of Parma.
The Gala dinner will take place in the foyer of the theatre and will be in the hands of Chef Massimo Spigaroli of the vintage Michelin starred Corte Pallavicina Restaurant.

Spigaroli is a professional tied to the past and to the traditions of his homeland, but who, at the same time is modern, innovative, and keeping abreast with the times. An able chef, with the will to pass on the historic dishes of his home town and to dwell upon the territory where it evolved.
World famous for his cooking and his prestigious responsibilities, he even supplies the British Royal family with his highly valued.
