Terre di Canossa is not only a tough and challenging rally, but also an occasion to enjoy an unforgettable holiday with truly unique evenings.
Awarded chefs, traditional recipes and the greatest Italian wines complete the menu.
The event starts with the Gala Soirée on Thursday, as usual signed by a famous local chef: Massimo Spigaroli.
The following evening is dedicated to the flavours of the Cinque Terre.
The final evening, the renowned and unmissable "Beach Party" at Bambaissa Restaurant, will open at sunset on the most glamorous Versilian beach and will continue late into the night with live music.
The rich menu by Chef Gianluca Grosso will present the most delicious treasures of the sea, all interpreted by his well-known creativity.
Participants will stay in the most evocative and charming hotels of Salsomaggiore Terme (Thursday, April 11th) and Forte dei Marmi (Friday, April 12th – Saturday, April 13th).
Of particular note are the beautiful 5* hotels in Forte dei Marmi: Augustus Hotel & Resort and Hotel Byron. The first applicants will have the opportunity to choose their preferred resorts.
