Route of The GP of the Terre di Canossa 2012
A challenging international classic car race, along a 600 km route split into three days, with a record of 70 time trials.
An extraordinary journey along the millenary roads of Matilde di Canossa, Queen of Italy in the XII Century, from the River Po to the Sea, driving through wonderful landscapes, cultural and artistic cities, ancient castles, untouched mountain passes and enchanting hamlets.
The relaxed scheduling will allow maximum enjoyment for all participants.
Only one hundred classic cars will participate from all over the world. Routes suitable for pre-war cars. Relaxed time limits to permit full enjoyment of the pleasures of this exclusive and fascinating experience.
Exceptional attention to detail: overnight surveillance of cars, efficient baggage service, assistance and vehicle recovery service and personalised service for the clubs.
In addition, this exciting gastronomic adventure will feature award-winning chefs providing delicious dishes which explore unique recipes originating from this beautiful area of Italy.
The race has been awarded as ‘Grande Evento’ by ACI-CSAI, the title Italian Motorsport Authority: the coveted award reserved for only the best of Italian events.
